This will be valid when there are creations up for voting, but since nothing is there right now, you'll have to wait until TJ approves some of the new creations. It shouldn't be too much longer now. Just keep checking the front page.

No, not exactly. He's not paying you to vote specifically for his. He's paying you to vote in general. When TJ (the admin) approves the creations in waiting they will appear where the "Featured Creations" are right now. You vote yes or no depending on whether or not you like the creation (would you want to buy it? do you see any artistic problems with it?). Voting costs about 10 µP, and there are usually about 4 or so to vote on. Lunchbox is giving you the µP as an incentive to vote because when you first start out 10µP is a lot. That way you can vote on new stuff and not feel like you've lost µP.
